Cat did something new this week! We've been reflecting on our mental state and a big part of that is working out for Cat. So she went to hot yoga (but first she was constipated and as a result running late) and didn't want to be singled out as the new girl so she lied about not being there before. And as tell our kids, one lie leads to another so finding out what she needed to do in hot yoga, while pretending to have been in hot yoga before, was a little tricky!
