Heather speaks with Jodi Mulder from Building Beyond Borders about their efforts to raise funds for the construction of two homes and two latrines in Tecate, Mexico!    “We are a group of friends from Santa Cruz and beyond who spend three days each summer in Tecate, Mexico building homes.
