Not realizing he was spending her own money. They led her to believe they were gifts. He managed to get her to sign her POA/Conservatorship and a conservatorship Contract and her WILL to him. I believe Louis got her to sign the paperwork, when Louis got her to sign for her car, her insurance for car, tag, he also got her a new home insurance policy that she would have to sign for. She already had a Policy.
