"Consumerism Calamity" An Attempt at Awareness is simply what the name states it's an attempt at educating & sensitizing people towards the concept "Consumerism" , because in this modern world where nature, life and freedom are facing a run for their money we are all targets of the con of consumerism. It's a simple concept to create demand artificially , through various means. The worst part is we are not even aware of this, even if we have a general idea of what Consumerism is or how it works. The sheer abundance of consumerism in today's society and culture is jaw dropping. It's highly alerting if nothing else. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE US, JUST LOOK AT YOUR CURRENT LIFESTYLE AND GADGETS AND REMEMBER 5 OR 10 YEARS AGO WHEN MOST THESE THINGS DIDN'T EVEN EXIST AT THAT TIME BUT YOU DID. Remember how you were fine with out a smartphone. When you would think twice about posting your photo for strangers to see. Or any of that behavior. This episode is an attempt at educating the listeners on consumerism it's effects and causes.
