With the recent celestial events of late, including the Christmas Star and the collapse of the radio telescope at Arecibo, featured prominently in this movie, coupled with my wife’s desire to watch things like The Expanse and Ancient Aliens - tonight we bring you “Contact” with the great Snobby Bobby of the Not For Everyone Podcast. Contact is a think-piece of a movie the straddles the science/faith divide and brings some interesting questions to the fore. We will have a discussion that certainly calls into question what is peddled as science these days as it seems to be a far cry from what we are presented with in this gem from 1997.
