Contaminated: Unveiling the Hidden Dangers in Our Food and Water

from The Possibility Hub · host Carol Talbot

In the quest for fulfilment, most people harbor a hunger… it could be for love, spirituality, success, money or a myriad of things to create a fulfilling life.  Yet often in pursuit of these elusive desires and emotional comfort, many resort to overindulgence, not in the nourishment of the soul, but in the consumption of material comforts. Perhaps you feast excessively on food and drink, attempting to satiate the hunger within, perhaps you reach out for food when you’re bored, or sad, or maybe you eat to be social… there are many different reasons that often mask the deeper cravings of your being. In an age where concerns about the quality of our food and water are growing, its time to consider your choices.  The accumulation of contaminants in food and water, pose significant risks to your health and wellbeing, and in this podcast, I explore these challenges and propose that  there could be an alternative and somewhat controversial path to nourishing yourself beyond the superficial pleasures of excess.
