Contemporary dance & Danza en la ciudad

Danza en la Ciudad is a Festival taking place in Bogota from the 1st to the 13th of November. In today´s show, we had Natalia Orozco, the Director of the Dance Program at Idartes and Rebeca Medina, a dancer a choreographer who will be presenting "Del Otro Lado" a show that makes part of the program of Danza en la Ciudad, as special guests.We discussed the concept of "dance", the meaning of dancing, what Contemporary Dance is, dance as a form of art, its impact on education and of course the Festival´s program, with some of Natalia´s and Rebeca´s recommendations.
