💁‍♀️ Contextual Intelligence Explained: A Guide for Leaders and Professionals 💕

Hello dear Shiny Minds!😍 What do you know about CONTEXTUAL INTELLIGENCE? I created my version of Contextual Intelligence after reading an article on Harvard Business Review years ago. When you hear what my definition of Contextual Intelligence is and what it does, and how it makes you wiser and smarter, I'm pretty sure you'll wanna know even more about it and integrate it to your decision making process for the rest of your life. Yes I mean it ;)  In my words, Contextual Intelligence is our ability to understand human behaviors, language, thought patterns, emotional reactions, etc., and also non-human results we receive from anything in life by  analyzing the conditions that create those results. Without considering the full context, we miss out on the true meaning of things. We misunderstand, misjudge, miss-love. And you know how that goes, when missing information, missing true meanings turn into misunderstandings and then conflicts and ultimately relationship problems we struggle with...  Right? But it doesn't have to be...
