Contingent Staking Explained, Cardano, Kraken Settles with SEC

from Learn Cardano Podcast · host Pete Bui

This thing is, none of this regulation is enforce or is completely defined and targeted towards any blockchain at the moment. The SEC is mainly looking into exchanges that provide these types of staking services where the consumer gives up their assets in order to earn a yield in return.Chapters00:00 Intro00:27 Backstory02:08 Krakens Staking Program04:49 US Infrastructure Bill05:54 How Does It Affect Cardano?06:27 Drama Debate 08:01 How Contingent Staking Might Work08:59 Should You Be Worried?10:09 CardanoPress NFT WhitelistingDISCLAIMER: This content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, or legal advice.
