Continuous Self-improvement

A popular adage says, "readers are leaders". This doesn't not necessarily mean that people who read are most likely going to occupy leadership positions, whether organizational or political. It simply means that anyone who's committed to reading—an attribute of continuous learning—is most likely going to be an influencer in their field, and also masters at what they do.
