HUAUCHINANGO, PUE. – La candidatura a la presidencia municipal de Huauchinango por el PAN quedó en manos de Rafael Gutiérrez Alpizar, quien es abanderado por segunda vez al mismo cargo. En la elección del año 2018, fue también candidato por el partido Compromiso por Puebla, luego de que no logró serlo por el PRI. Hace casi tres años quedó en cuarto lugar.
