Contracts Or Keep it Moving

If you want to be taken seriously always properly prepare. Never put all of your eggs in one basket and always put contracts in place. This will save you in the long run- I promise. Out of all of the projects I've ever completed; the one thing that stood out to me was the fact that every contractual move that I made; I managed to close the deal happy and without issue. I found that most issues would arise when I have operated based on a gentlemen handshake, verbal agreements, false promises, and false friendships. You have to be sure to cover yourself and the party that you are working with. This way there are no misunderstandings, sense of entitlements to things that were never agreed upon, and you will feel as though you have gotten your money's worth. One of the greatest things that I love about contracts is the accountability factor as well as the chance to be able to use the contract as a reference point and checklist.
