As the secular world celebrates an unlimited self-expression in the name of peace, it falls short in achieving a world without conflict. In contrast, Jesus calls us to strive for peace through an unconditioned self-gift, which leads to a tranquility of order. These two opposing worldviews were particularly on display at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress and the 2024 Olympic Opening Ceremony, providing for a teachable moment.
