I traded my ex for a dog, changed homes, cars, and careers, and eventually quit that job to move into a van. I lost 82 pounds and most of my hair, but I transformed my life from the inside out. I Marie Kondo'd myself until all I had were the parts that brought me joy. I thanked the parts of myself that no longer needed to exist and had the courage to let them go.
