NAPOLI (ITALPRESS) - Il "bottigliometro" è uno strumento con cui il Fisco può stimare i pasti serviti da un ristorante in base alle bottiglie d'acqua acquistate. Se emergono incongruenze rispetto ai ricavi dichiarati, possono scattare verifiche. Si tratta però di un semplice indicatore, non di una prova automatica di evasione.
