Controlling Your Emotions

On Episode 41 I (Mr.Sagittarius_King) speak about the aftermath of the altercation at the Oscars involving Will Smith & how not controlling his emotions has now cost him professionally (at least temporarily) I also speak on how personally at times in my life I haven’t always controlled my emotions and I encourage people (particularly black men) that controlling your emotions in some situations can save a lot headaches
