Many a cartoon has been labeled violent, obscene, sexist, pornographic, inappropriate, counterculture, anti-establishment, and of course, racist. In this podcast, MONSTER PARTY examines these troublesome toons, in an attempt to objectively assess their pejorative labels. Do they deserve their negative publicity? Were they simply a product of their times? And in an age of canceling, is there a place for provocative animation?
