Kim Estep is the founder of Convention Nation, a discovery and advertising platform for the conference and convention industry. After missing an important conference in 2014 she began she began to develop a business plan on the wall of her office with sticky-notes during her lunch hours. Eventually, Convention Nation was formed. The MVP was launched in mid-2015, and now she has a team that is passionate about promoting in-person meetings and events.
