Conversation with Cassandra DeAnn: Exploring Religious Christian Fundamentalism

Cassandra DeAnn VanCuren's life has given her adventures in many creative fields. She found her passion in the wedding industry, despite her constant challenges with burnout as an entrepreneur. Growing up in a dysfunctional home, She lacked the necessary tools to find fulfillment in her life. Like an addict, she sought to numb the pain of her youth. Her drug of choice was validation through the praise of her creative pursuits. Everything and everyone around her suffered in her exhausting quest to soothe herself. Once she was able to address the trauma that occurred growing up in a religiously abusive home, she was then able to rebuild her confidence and gain insight into her career challenges. After a spontaneous awakening and a journey of transformation and self-discovery, she left her wedding business behind to pursue a greater purpose. Now her heart desires to inspire and uplift others through her words. She's a certified Human Design reader and Gene Keys Guide. She helps guide others through their journey of deconditioning from societal programming.
