Conversation with Oregon Gubernatorial Candidate Brittany Jones

Hello Everyone!I really enjoyed getting to talk with Brittany Jones. Again, she’s part of the new generation of candidates that’s willing to work for the people and not only listen to the demands of robber baron corporate donors (like so many incumbents).The more conversations I have like this, the more empowered I feel. At the same time, I’m starting to get a little frustrated with the other big creators on this and other platforms. There are people who claim they’re against candidates who take AIPAC money, but you never see those creators interview the primary challengers who are running clean campaigns.At some point we have to separate those who talk the talk from those who walk the walk. If you’re sponsoring a creator who doesn’t platform candidates of integrity then cancel. You can always sign back up if those creators start to work for us, but until they do it’s time to add pressure.By platforming “for the people” candidates we apply pressure. These candidates are applying pressure by participating in these races. They’re the ones going door to door and talking to real people. That’s the kind of work ethic we need to support.The era of complacency has brought us under the power of this cruel, authoritarian regime. But we have the power to bring it to an end and save as many lives as possible. That’s going to require action on our part. We can’t be passive and hope for the best. Support Brittany Jones! Place pressure on the creators who aren’t meeting the moment.The voices of decent people have been suppressed for as long as this country has been in existence.
