Troy Hadeed believes the ultimate spiritual practice lives within our everyday relationships and that divinity exists in the heart of every individual. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for over fifteen years but has been questioning narratives, dissolving conditioning, and dissecting the human experience for far longer. He lives on the north coast of Trinidad and Tobago, nestled in a community of trees and hummingbirds, but thrives on an active social life, introspection, and some interesting travel choices. When not teaching or writing, he can be found sharing insights through speaking engagements, coffee-shop conversations, and casual encounters in the most unexpected places. Troy calls for us all to bring more intention to the way we live our lives and acknowledges that our actions, words, and even thoughts change the world.
