He shows how we can return to that deep connection through Scripture, and praying in the Holy Spirit; stepping away from noise and into divine clarity. Joseph explains that communication in the garden did not occur in a particular language, but rather as heart-to-heart and thought-to-thought exchanges. He states that ninety percent of every conversation is conveyed in what is not said, but based on body language. However, John 4:24 reminds us that God is spirit, and those who worship Him must do so in spirit and truth. Additionally, Romans 12:2 cautions us against conforming to this world but rather urges us to be transformed by renewing our minds. Therefore, God communicates with us today, and we discern His words through reading the Bible.  Joseph further urges us to align every word spoken to us with Scripture, as God's word cautions us not to go beyond what is written. He emphasizes that God desires to continue communicating with us as He did with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Interestingly, Joseph reveals that we can grow into what God has for us by engaging with His word rather than indulging in endless scrolling on social media.
