I don't understand how l'm the only one making a fuss about the fact that no one knows there's a National Grief Awareness Week. People (and by people, I mean professional organizations) think it's my made up week. That's a serious problem. On today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show, I discuss uncomfortable conversations.
