Conversations with Al: The Structure to Any Business

Have you ever considered starting a business but not sure where to start? Today’s discussion is all about breaking down my 5 phases I used to build my gym Society Fitness and future projects I’m getting into. Over the past 5 years I’ve gone from not exactly sure where to start or running a business. To then structuring the business from learning an watching other business owners/leaders. And lastly building out this philosophy that has worked for my up to this point. As tech and certain industries evolve so does the steps within the 5 phases. Example) The internet wasn’t a main driver for developing leads 25 years ago. It now is. The reason I built it this way is because it’s simple. Simple to use. Simple to understand. And simple to implement. Find your truth.
