Conversations with Dr. G. Wayne - Quality or Quantity - Shifting from Relationships Lost to Lessons Gained!

from Lessons in the Key of Life · host gjackson2761

In this 10th episode of Lessons in the Key of Life, Dr. G. Wayne welcomes a special guest Dale Guy Madison - AKA Damn Good Man. They discuss a different angle to look at relationships…Quantity versus Quality. The two discuss how to pick yourself up and get reacquainted with the you - post relationship. Dale provides us a guide on how to heal from the culmination of a relationship.  Not just a sexual/emotional relationship…but any relationship that you come from. This guide can be extended to almost all aspects of life. Dr. G. Wayne comes clean on how he worked through the end of a past relationship. They come to an understanding of the needs of  being present and being able to understand that you are perfectly imperfect. Each person is unique and should be our true authentic self but we need to consciously embrace who we are and understand that we can make corrections to redirect ourself in the desired path we like.
