Cookies and Connections

The most wonderful time of the year? It can be. With all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, finding time to make connections with friends, celebrate old traditions, or create new ones can feel overwhelming. Self-care is not something that we prioritize amidst the decorating, shopping, cooking, cleaning and school recitals, but it is exactly at this time that we must take care of ourselves.
