COOKIN' UP A STORY: Blades of Passion

Garrett Polk, began making knives part time on nights and weekends in 2015. He works full time as an occupational therapist specializing in pediatrics. His shop time is a way for Polk to change gears a bit, relax, have a creative outlet for free time, and do something productive with his spare time. Garrett has been mentored by a number of renowned knife makers since entering the craft. The majority of the knives that he makes are fixed blade designs related to the outdoors, because of a lifelong passion for the outdoors.
