Cooking on Gas
from La Magicast – The AS Roma podcast
Scot goes solo this week for a quick-fire recap of the perfect start to the season: Roma dismantled Fiorentina 4-0 at the Olimpico to open Serie A matchday one, sending the Giallorossi top of the table. Donyell Malen bagged a hat-trick, Paulo Dybala looked every bit his old self with a hat-trick of assists, and the freshly-rebuilt Fiorentina simply had no answer once Roma found their rhythm in the second half. Scot runs through the debuts, a bench that finally has real depth to it, and the transfer business bubbling in the background — Dutch wingback Jayden Oosterwolde touching down in Rome on loan from Fenerbahçe with an option to buy, and continued interest in Malick Fofana. Plus a look ahead to Lecce on Monday and Thursday's Champions League group-stage draw, as Roma prepare for their first European campaign since 2019. Forza Roma, always. 🎧 Tune in (Ep. 350) lamagicast.com Follow us: La Magicast: @LaMagicast
