With a "food is your medicine" philosophy, she and her partner, Damian Ross, opened Fermentality in 2017, where they incorporate science and ancient techniques with modern flavors. Over the years, she's become a wizard in gluten-free, low glycemic, no sugar added, keto and diabetic friendly baked goods, and is a Integrative and Functional Nutrition student.
