We sit down with Sybil - Peruvian born, Le Cordon Blue trained chef who moved to the U.S. in the 1990's to avoid dangerous war and drugs in her beloved Peru. As a single mom with one growing son, Sybil pursues her dream of preparing healthy and nutritious meals for people living in the Southwest. She always wanted to make it on her own.
