Cooking with Angel episode 5: Curry Chicken

Welcome to episode five of Cooking with Angel on the SND Podcast channel.  This show is designed to help new cooks feel comfortable in the kitchen and also to provide experienced chefs with quick and creative ideas they can use on various classic recipes.  In this International segment, Angel and her friend Mercedes make a delicious curry chicken dish with a Dominican flair! The ladies demonstrate a quick, easy, and delicious way to make curry breast of chicken with white rice and vegetables.  The recipe for the curry chicken dish calls for: chicken breast, white rice, coconut milk, curry powder, a chicken bouillon cube, Spanish sofrito or garlic powder, oregano, onions, and fresh garlic. Optional ingredients are Laurel/ Bay leaf, chili flakes/ powder, broccoli, peas, and carrots.  Enjoy the show and we hope you tune in to the next episode which will feature homemade soup and cheesy tear apart bread.
