Specifically, we talk about the different methods of chilling (cooling down) your wort and how some pieces of gear may work better for you depending on your situation. We also discuss a listener who is getting bad foam whenever he switches from his corny keg of homebrew over to a commercial keg of beer. He makes a point to tell us that flow control faucets aren’t really in his budget yet so we do our best to point him in the right direction! Then, we take a question about what happens to beer that sits in the liquid lines for too long. Can it go stale? Could it cause off-flavors to arise or contaminate the beer?
