Apesar das nuvens pesadas que pairam sobre Baku, no Azerbaijão, o tema da conferência não poderia ser mais relevante: o financiamento de centenas de bilhões de dólares anuais para mitigar os efeitos da crise climática em países em desenvolvimento.O Brasil chega a essa COP com queda no desmatamento e novas metas de redução de emissões para mostrar.
