第29屆聯合國氣候變化綱要公約締約方大會(COP29)在今天(11日)登場，今年將聚焦於如何為開發中國家提供氣候行動資金、淘汰化石燃料具體時程等議題，在錢的問題方面，先前的氣候融資目標是2020到2025年間，已開發國家每年向開發中國家提供1000億美元，但直到2022年才首次做到。現在外界普遍認為1000億美元遠遠不夠，今年幾乎可以肯定將是有紀錄以來最熱的一年，暖化幅度超過攝氏1.5度，將需要更多錢來因應，收入最多的開發中國家、和已佔盡開發紅利的先進國家，預計將在會中討價還價。另外，對氣候變遷持否定態度的新任美國總統川普，可能退出巴黎氣候協議，這對全球共同應對氣候危機不啻為一記重擊。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
