With all the news coming out of America this week and the trauma and anxiety this will cause millions of women; we talk to Clare Green a wellbeing/trauma recovery and women’s health coach about coping mechanisms during times of anxiety and stress. Lou and Jinty talk Roe V Wade and the impact on the women not just in the U.S but what’s happening around the world with abortion rights for women, there’s your fantastic comments, the Book Collective with Anita Diamant’s The Red Tent, a yoga WI and to top it all off we break the myths about orgasms. It’s a full week! Clare Green is a health coach specialising in trauma and anxiety, she grew up in a difficult environment linked to the relationship with her mum and developed Generalised Anxiety Disorder with no awareness for treatment or support.   She has suffered several traumatic life events, women’s health problems, miscarriages, thyroid, difficult pregnancies, a surgical menopause in 2009 which was unmanaged properly for 10 yrs. With all her life experience Clare is channelling her energies into Clarity With Clare (her Instagram name) to give us some tips to help relieve our anxieties. Dinah begins practising her midwifery skills and her path crosses once more with her grandmothers maid Wereno. Next week we read to chapter 5, page 354. We find out how both the WI’s went this week, Jinty’s and Lou’s.
