Anarchists are opposed to the police because their primary purpose is to protect the interests of the owners of capital and the state. On S1312 we regularly report on police misconduct and brutality because the poor, working class, vulnerable and minorities are targeted most by the police. We/they are victims of police violence, and misconduct at a much higher rate than the rest of society.
