We hear this all this time: Take nothing personally; the stuff that folks say and do by and large has nothing to do with you. Yes, true, but still the stuff folks say and do can trigger our insecurities. What happens next? Meltdown!Practical Tip: When you are tempted to take something personally, step back, pause, consider. If what’s been said has nothing to do with you - which is often the case - let it all go. Stay your own course.  My grandfather was fond of saying, “Diana, Nie mój cyrk.
