Corbett Monica a nice guy doing Stand Up Comedy

A lot of great stars knew that if Corbett Monica was their opening act, the crowd would be warmed up and smiling. The guy was such a pleasant, inoffensive performer! Sammy Davis Jr., and Dean Martin both used him to open shows, as well as Liza Minnelli, Sandler & Young and the team of Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gormé. Naturally Steve and Eydie brought him a long when they hosted variety shows. Most also remember him for playing Joey Bishop's manager on Joey's sitcom.
