Cord Cutting and Releasing Attachments - Workshop 8 on Letting Go of Energetic Attachments, with David Challenor

 Welcome back listeners to workshop 8 on cord cutting and releasing attachment. This is a special episode with a very special participating client, Pamela Alvarez Gonzalez who had sadly lost her dog only 3 days prior to this workshop. Pam was able to benefit profoundly from the benefits of this cord cutting ceremony, led by spiritual teacher of 28 years, David Challenor. Cord cutting is ideal for anybody who is looking to cut a tie with somebody or something with whom they have formed an energy attachment with. During this podcast, we start off with a talk about cord cutting and attachment styles, which follows on with a guided meditation. The practice of cord cutting helps to recover energy that has been lost and to re-establish healthy energetic boundaries. When we enter into a relationship with someone or something, whether it is with family, friends, an intimate partner, colleague, a pet, someone we have regular dealings with, or even an individual who you meet in passing, we develop energetic cords. Cords help us to form connection and understanding with one another and when we are connected energetically, we perceive on a much deeper level and have the ability to tune into the energy of another.  As we move through our lives — growing, learning, evolving — naturally we need to let go of the energy which no longer serves us and this workshop will help you do just that.
