If worship is only the twenty-some minutes of music on a Sunday, the concept is missing something — worship is meant to encompass every part of life. This message moves through John 4 and Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well to reframe what worship is. Jesus crosses the barriers his culture refused to cross, meeting a woman avoided even by her own people, and offers her living water. His words "true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth" expand worship beyond ritual into how we wake, work, parent, and speak. The woman leaves her jar and runs to the very people who had scorned her, and a town believes. The applications land plainly: no one is out of reach, the question is whether we truly grasp who Jesus is, and the harvest is ready for those willing to open their eyes.
