Corona Circus

from Spontaneous Evolution · host Gav

have my say on the Corona Virus, which I think is quite a different take from many but also quite an unsatisfying take for many. We are often addicted to drama, fear, adrenaline, anxiety and so on. So the news and information is fueling that and allowing people to feed. But if people can simply follow their own personal direction and guidance, and realise that there is a personal, individual path, not a herd path. Don't follow the mob, don't do what others seem to be doing, centre yourself and follow your own inner guidance, and if that means do nothing, then do nothing. But many will not yet be complete with the addiction, the Pain Body, as Eckhart Tolle calls it, so they'll have to keep feeding and worrying, until they get complete with that experience. The more awareness we have about any situation, the less dramatic or frightening it is.
