Die André Schenk (Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz) und Florian Hayko (Rechtsanwalt und Corona Soforthilfe-Experte) diskutieren, dass die dreijährige Verjährungsfrist des Zivilrechts auch im Verwaltungsrecht gilt und dass die Verjährung nur durch einen ordnungsgemäß zugestellten Bescheid aufgehalten werden kann. Ein konkreter Fall, bei dem ein Bescheid aufgrund einer falschen Adressierung nicht zugestellt werden konnte und die Forderung somit nach Ansicht von Florian und André verjährt ist, wird als Beispiel angeführt. André betont die Bedeutung, solche Bescheide kritisch zu prüfen und gegebenenfalls rechtlichen Rat einzuholen, da auch bei berechtigten Rückforderungen die Verjährung eine Rolle spielen kann und eine Ratenzahlung oder eine Reduzierung der Forderung oft möglich ist.
