Corona Virus and Mortgage Foreclosures

We are at the beginning of an epidemic. Among those steps have been enforced  social distancing, closing malls, bars, restaurants, cruises and flights, and various forms of moratoriums on evictions, foreclosure filings, and other legal proceedings.
