The couple from Savannah, Tennesse had been living together in their apartment for 6 months up until the two mysteriously vanished. It was July 27, 2006, when the couple went shopping and returned home to their apartment, where they were living with Christopher’s mother, Cheryl Flatt. But when Cheryl got back that day, she found the grocery items on the bed and both Kristina and Christopher were nowhere in sight. She didn’t think much of it, believing the two simply headed out again. But later that day, Cheryl’s ex-husband called her and said he was expecting the two to drop by his home that afternoon but they never showed up.
