Welcome to episode #16. It's easy to give into fear. But choose, each day, to fix your gaze upon hope. Believe, before you achieve! 

Theodore Roosevelt once said, "It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles...the credit belongs to the man/woman who is actually in the arena..." Have courage today to pursue your dreams. Don't allow anyone to talk out of working to achieve what is in your heart. 

Use the power of your internet connection and do your own research. Turn off the TV and go discover "the real news stories." Avoid permitting yourself to get caught up in the fear/panic surrounding the Corona virus situation. 

Eat healthy, focus on nutrition, take supplements to boost your immune system, and get some regular exercise. That's your best approach to life and your best defense. 

And remember, it takes courage to be bold and strike out. It's a risk. You may get it wrong. But who cares? Do it anyway!

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams!
