Coronavirus and OCR; 7x World Champion Lindsay Webster

Coronavirus is causing the postponement and cancellation of multiple races, both in Spartan and the race companies. We talk about the current list of races affected and ask you to be patient. After an infection-heavy intro we talk with 7-time World Champion Lindsay Webster. Lindsay has won the Spartan World Championship back-to-back, the OCRWC World Championship 5 times, and is the only woman to ever win the Spartan US National Series, winning it every year since its inception in 2016. Lindsay recently won the first race in the 2020 Spartan US National Series and joined us to talk about the race, her new home in Quebec, and the best ways to learn a foreign language. --- We need your help!
