Coronavirus, and ROCD/ HOCD Questions

Hi everyone! On this episode, I start out by addressing some of the fears about the Coronavirus, including how to manage your anxiety and how to take a steady, measured response to it. In other words, lets not go crazy about it (just yet). I also answer two questions on this episode about ethically developing ROCD exposures and how to deal with HOCD when the same sex is always around you!
