Corporate Gobbledegook

Chain restaurants that were once prioritized as dine-in places have made a major pivot to catering and takeout orders. In the same light, McDonalds is taking away its self serve soda machines. What? Why? CEO money grab? There’s some corporate speak in some of the statements, however there are points being made to get people out of the restaurant and not just hanging out. Plus, related to the catering – people aren’t eating in restaurants anymore and are using the drive-thru more and more.
