Her clinical journey includes over seven years as an addiction inpatient primary therapist, outpatient therapist and Family Program Director, treating clients and families, which is a key element in recovery. Her experience also includes a cognitive-behavioral and existential approach towards anxiety, depression, trauma and families dealing with chronic illness. Deatra is trained to handle a multitude of mental health issues. Marriage and Family therapy is a specialty that focuses on how family dynamics impact psychological health.
