Corruption in Centinela Prison

 I was contacted by a couple citizens that have been experiencing a hard time with certain staff at Centinela State Prison.   They have filed complaints and their loved ones have been retaliated against inside.  From fake disciplinaries to overt harassment.  I can fully account for these citizens testimony as I have been witness and part of the very corruption they are whistle blowing.
